THE EXPERIENCE
01 | CONSULTATION
Once an inquiry is sent, I will respond within 24 hours. I will send a pamphlet that outlines all of the packages and their pricing. Next you will schedule a virtual meeting, this allows us to get to know each other and review any questions you have. Once you decide we are ideally suitable for each other, I will send the information needed to book and secure your date.
02 | PLANNING
I will send a wedding brochure filled with tips and advice to help make your wedding a seamless experience. Using a questionnaire, I will create a detailed timeline for your wedding day. This is also coordinated with your wedding planner to ensure all vendors are on the same page. I will be with you through each process and every step of the way.
03 | ENGAGEMENT SESSION
Assistance in planning your engagement session is also included. I, Emilee, pride myself on making sure that each couple's engagement photographs share a piece of their love story. I will give location recommendations based on your relationship. This is a great opportunity for the couple to get comfortable in front of my lens, and see how I work. A complimentary engagement pamphlet will be sent to you, which includes outfit suggestions and pro tips to help you get the most out of this session.
04 | WEDDING & GALLERY
On your wedding day there should be one thing for you to do - marry the love of your life & have fun doing it. My priority is to meticulously capture every memory, therefore you can reminiscence it all for years to come. Expect me, Emilee, to arrive early, insured, fully prepared, and with back up gear in case of emergencies. A sneak peak will be sent within 48 hours of your wedding day, and the remaining images of your gallery will be sent within six weeks.
FAQ
Is travel included in your packages?
- Travel up to 60 miles is included in all packages, after 60 miles, the standard 0.67 per mile is charged.
Should I be concerned if you never shot at my venue before?
- No need to be concerned, I have photographed at many venues and if I have not yet visited yours, it gives me an advantage to look at it with fresh eyes. I will always arrive early wedding day to scope out locations, lighting, etc. I will also do research before the wedding day to make sure I am fully prepared.
How long will it take to receive our edited photos?
- Six weeks, unless express edit which is two weeks. Express edit can be added to any wedding photography package.
